My main focus of interest lies in distributed computing, including distributed graph algorithms and graph searching by mobile agents. Recent work includes, e.g., edge-coloring, edge orientation algorithms and collective search on a plane.
I also like all sorts of puzzles that are easy to state and not (necessarily) so easy to solve. As an example, I have recently been looking into the game of cops and robbers.
I am always up for new topics and ideas.
Before I joined Mohsen's group, I did my PhD in the Distributed Computing Group (DISCO) led by Roger Wattenhofer.
Besides research, I enjoy climbing/bouldering. In case you meet me somewhere and also enjoy sports, I would be delighted to join forces.
